31450 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 31450 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 31450 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 31450 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated version.
The 31450 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Important Note: In the event of any conflict between another language version and the Bahasa Melayu version of this document, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail for Malaysian users.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 31450 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 31450 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete an identity verification process. Documents that may be requested include a valid copy of your national ID or passport. 31450 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until verification has been completed to its satisfaction. Information submitted will be used solely for verification purposes and is protected in accordance with our privacy policy.
Account Security
You are required to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or if you notice any suspicious activity. 31450 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account suspected of being compromised in order to protect the user.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
Users of the 31450 platform are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations in force in their jurisdiction. You agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 31450.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorised or stolen credit card or payment details.
- Registering using a false identity or another person's personal information without their consent.
- Attempting in any way to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
- Sharing or transferring your account to any third party in any form whatsoever.
- Manipulating the betting or gaming system in any unfair or unlawful manner.
31450 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user found to be engaged in activities that violate these terms or cause harm to the platform or other users.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 31450 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX (online banking) and TNG eWallet. 31450 is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Deposit Terms
Deposits made into an account may only be used by the registered account holder. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may change from time to time. Deposited funds cannot be transferred to other users.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the 31450 account holder. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved. 31450 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal where there are indications of suspicious activity or a breach of terms.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonuses or promotions offered by 31450 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Bonus abuse or any attempt to manipulate the promotions system may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
31450 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of this platform. 31450's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days prior to the claim being made. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and 31450 makes no guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure
31450 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the platform management's sole discretion. Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, images, and software found on the 31450 platform are the exclusive property of 31450 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 31450.
Third-Party Links
The 31450 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 31450 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
31450 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page, along with the latest effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
This document and all matters relating to it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement as a whole and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
